The group isn't an actual choir but is incredibly friendly and inclusive and sessions are very informal with an holistic approach - we do some fun breathing and physical activities, laugh a lot, sing a lot and have a cuppa and chat at the end. We sometimes finish with a short mindfulness session.It is just singing for wellbeing; research has proved the value of singing for everyone!
