This is a Yoga Class that focuses on the Foundations of a Yoga practice. We work on developing skills in all the asana or poses in a way that allows you to find ease and comfort with an aim to make everyday tasks easier. We practice pranayama or breathing to help reduce stress and tension in muscles and minds. We work to develop a mindful awareness and meditation practice over time but have a restful Savasana at the end of practice. Often describe as a short sleep!
