We are a community of people come together to have fun whist looking after our physical and mental wellbeing through fitness for all abilities. We are doing different sessions every time, so you’re not always doing the same thing using different equipment and body weight. We also organise little events like nights out a couple of times throughout the year. The people who come together make Freinds and it’s lovely to see a nice bunch of people come together who wouldn’t have met otherwise.
